The Laguna Burger Site Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining a fun, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. This role ensures high standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, guest service, and operational efficiency are consistently met in accordance with Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) policies, franchise standards, and applicable regulations. The Site Manager serves as a role model, promotes a positive work culture, manages restaurant performance, resolves guest concerns, and oversees the maintenance and appearance of the facility to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The position provides direct leadership for restaurant staff through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and employee development. The Site Manager is responsible for controlling costs, monitoring inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with labor and food safety regulations, and supporting menu promotions and special events. Successful candidates will have strong leadership and customer service skills, extensive food and beverage experience, knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to effectively communicate, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
