Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Understand sellers’ needs and goals
- Meet with homeowners to discuss selling their properties
- Prepare homes for listing and recommend pricing strategies
- Guide sellers through the listing process
- Prepare and negotiate listing agreements and offers
- Assist clients from consultation through closing
- Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems
- Build referrals through great client service
- Attend sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Listing or sales experience preferred
- Skilled in market analysis and pricing
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused
