- Analyze existing Control-M environment, job schedules, workflows, dependencies, SOPs, and runbooks to understand the end-to-end batch landscape.
- Work closely with business and application partners to gather requirements and translate them into Control-M scheduling and automation solutions.
- Analyze job failures, data dependencies, file transfers, and upstream/downstream application integrations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new application onboarding, job scheduling design, workflow development, and integration with Control-M.
- Lead or support Control-M upgrades, migrations, modernization initiatives, patching, and environment enhancement activities.
- Review and improve SOPs, runbooks, operational processes, and documentation to strengthen support efficiency and knowledge management.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, application, security, and BMC teams for complex technical issues and platform changes.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, workload optimization, proactive monitoring, and recommendations for improving platform stability and efficiency.
