**What You’ll Do:
**

Assign work orders and make sure jobs get done on time.

Keep track of all work — create, update, and close out work orders.

Stay on top of maintenance projects and make sure everything is moving forward.

Manage inventory — order machine parts, shop supplies, cleaning materials, and vending machine items as needed.

Manage facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, lawn care, and general repairs

Handle service, inspections, and registration for company vehicles.

Monitor and maintain forklifts and schedule crane inspections (monthly and annually).

Ensure compliance with safety protocols (LOTO, OSHA standards) and maintain proper documentation
-
Help wire up electrical actuators for assembly when needed.

Assign and track annual and semi-annual inspections for machines and forklifts.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc) including mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Coordinate contractor work for specialized machine or facility repairs and inspections

Prep and assemble crates for trade shows.

Jump in and help wherever else needed — no two days are the same!
**What You’ll Need:
**
-
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, including CNC equipment maintenance
-
1-2 years of leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities role

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems

Hands-on ability to diagnose and repair CNC machines, HVAC, compressors and other facility systems
