Are you a dependable and customer-focused professional with experience in security? The Gatesworth, St. Louis’ premier resort-style independent senior living community, is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Security Officer to help ensure the safety and peace of mind of our residents, guests, and staff.

Schedule:

Overnight shift: Full-time, Friday through Tuesday (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Pay: $20.00/hour
What You'll Do:

Perform routine security rounds throughout the building and campus.

Monitor entrances and greet all residents, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.

Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and security alerts.

Operate access control systems, alarm panels, surveillance systems, and other security equipment.

Manage package deliveries and track incoming items during overnight shifts.

Maintain a calm and reassuring presence during all interactions.
Qualifications:

St. Louis County Security License (must be willing to obtain upon hire)

2+ years of security experience.

2+ years of customer service experience.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
-
Reliable transportation is a must.
