Position Summary
\n
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to join a high-performing technology team responsible for building and enhancing modern, scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js development and significant experience building backend services using Java (Spring Boot), with some exposure to Kotlin considered a plus. This role requires a collaborative engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software, leveraging modern development practices, and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java ecosystem technologies.
- Exposure to or experience with Kotlin development.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Redux and state management concepts.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Payments, or FinTech environments.
- Previous experience supporting American Express initiatives or platforms.
- Understanding of responsive web design and modern UI development practices.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
