Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

• Implement preventive maintenance programs

• Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily work assignments

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations

• Maintain facility equipment, grounds, and a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience required

• Experience with building maintenance and repairs

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour
