Job Details:
Position: Evening Office Cleaner
Location: East Lansing, MI (Coleman Rd & West Rd)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming (backpack and upright vacuums)
- Dry and wet mopping floors
- Trash removal (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning glass and mirrors
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Turning off lights and securing the building at the end of the shift
- Completing a nightly checklist using a mobile app on your phone
- Receive feedback from managers and correct any critiques
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organization skills
- Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
