Location: Tempe AZ 85281 - 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $20/hr W2
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Duration: Through December 31, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking a Property and Materials Technician for a contract opportunity with a community college district office in Tempe. This hands-on role supports property and materials receiving, deliveries, inventory, and facility setup for meetings and events.
What You Will Do:
- Receive, verify, tag and deliver merchandise, equipment and supplies
- Conduct inventories of supplies, property and materials
- Set up and remove furniture, equipment and signage for meetings and events
- Perform document imaging, archival and mail distribution support
- Update inventory records and respond to work order requests
- Work with vendors on equipment service, repair and shipping
- Unload, move and assemble furniture
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of related experience - receiving, delivery, inventory, warehouse, document imaging or similar
- Attention to detail and basic record keeping skills
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Local to Tempe/Phoenix metro area - city and state must be on resume
- Available for in-person interview within 1 week
- Able to start within 2 weeks of offer
