COLLIBRA PLATFORM ENGINEER
Location: Remote - occasional on-site meetings at OCC Headquarters, Washington, DC
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
Join JLGOV in supporting data governance modernization for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as a Collibra Platform Engineer. You'll administer and extend an enterprise Collibra Data Intelligence Platform — operating models, workflow automation, and metadata lineage — helping OCC build a more connected, well-governed data ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer and configure Collibra across dev, test, and production environments
- Build and maintain Collibra operating models, workflows (Workflow Designer & Eclipse-based), and Edge/Jobserver metadata harvesting and lineage
- Develop and support JDK-based microservices and REST API integrations (logging, exception handling, testing)
- Maintain software components on both Linux and Windows servers
- Manage certificates, secrets, and service account credentials
- Track Agile work (epics, stories, tasks) and manage source code in standard version control platforms
YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 1+ year of hands-on Collibra experience
- Collibra Solution Architect or Collibra Ranger certification
- Experience administering/configuring Collibra in multi-environment implementations, including operating model design
- Experience with Collibra Workflow Designer and Workflow Manager for Eclipse
- Experience with Collibra Edge and Jobserver, including metadata harvesting and lineage
- Experience with JDK-based microservices and REST APIs (logging, exception handling, integration testing)
- Experience maintaining software on both Linux and Windows servers
- Experience managing certificates, secrets, and service account credentials
- Experience with source code management and Agile work tracking
