Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. You will be reasonable form completing work orders and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Complete work orders generated by front desk to address guest concerns.</li>
<li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications&nbsp;* General proficiency in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and all areas need to maintain in an Assisted Living
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with a multi unit property.</li>
<li>Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Detail orientated.</li>
</ul>
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
