Job Description VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator for a great company in Albuquerque. This is a Full Time Temp to hire position the schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay for this position is $35-$40 per hour
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment and provide secondary support for ERP and business systems. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with Microsoft 365 administration.
As a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator you will:
- Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and permissions
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Support Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access
- Manage Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance
- Review security alerts, audit logs, and Secure Score recommendations
- Support onboarding/offboarding and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell or Power Automate
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and business apps
- Assist with Deacom ERP user access, troubleshooting, and documentation
To Be considered for the Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator you must meet the following Requirements:
- 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC
- Experience with Intune device management
- Understanding of Windows environments, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications for this position are:
- Microsoft 365 or CompTIA certifications
- PowerShell scripting or Power Automate experience
- SharePoint site/permissions management
- ERP support experience (Deacom preferred)
