Leasing Agent (Full-Time) | DREAM Property Management | San Diego, CA

DREAM is one of the fastest-growing property management and leasing companies in San Diego. In just over a year, we have grown to 300+ units under management and helped stabilize more than 1,300 units through new lease-ups, all through referrals. We specialize in new construction lease-ups, multifamily, ADU communities, and student housing, and we are building a team of top leasing professionals to keep up with our growth.
We are looking for a driven, people-first Full-Time Leasing Agent who loves being in the field, closing deals, and delivering a great experience to every prospect.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-person showings and tours at properties across San Diego, including new construction lease-ups and student housing near SDSU
- Respond quickly to leads and inquiries by phone, text, and email, and schedule showings
- Guide prospects through the application process and follow up consistently to convert showings into signed leases
- Screen applications and prepare applicant summaries for review
- Prepare and execute leases and coordinate move-ins in AppFolio
- Create and maintain listings with accurate pricing, photos, and descriptions
- Track showings, feedback, applications, and signed leases for weekly leasing reports to ownership
- Support renewals and work closely with our property management and resident relations teams
- Hit weekly and monthly leasing goals as part of a high-performing team
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience (multifamily or lease-up experience a big plus)
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple properties and prospects at once
- Comfortable with technology; AppFolio experience a plus
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel between properties across San Diego County
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including some weekends
- California real estate license a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation: $20-$25/hr plus performance incentives
Location: San Diego, CA (field-based, with office at 2148 Broadway, San Diego, CA 92102)
