Position Summary
The Porter/Bakery Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery to ensure that back of house operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities

Keep front of house and back of house area is safe and clean

Clean pots and pans to ensure readiness for bakers/cake decorators to use

Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls

Mop and take out trash
-
Ensure cleaning schedule is completed

Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications

Adhere to health and safety policy

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
