Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:10 PM - 12:40 AM), Monday - Thursday plus Friday overtime

Core Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and fluid power networks.
Diagnose electrical issues involving sensors, control panels, and motor wiring.
Maintain and repair mechanical systems such as gearboxes, conveyors, and drive assemblies.
Perform precision tooling adjustments and machine setups to ensure quality standards.
Handle minor welding, fabrication, and basic maintenance for mobile equipment like forklifts.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Basic welding and fabrication skills.
Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule and commit to required overtime.
Physical capability to lift heavy components and work in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred: Familiarity with PLCs, ladder logic, or basic programming.
