Faith Pro LLC is a locally owned and growing HOA and property management company serving Northern Colorado. We are looking for a Community Association Administrative Assistant to join our HOA team.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. You will provide administrative support to multiple Community Association Managers while working in a professional, team-oriented environment.
This is an administrative position with the opportunity to grow into a Community Association Manager role for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and a desire to build a career in community association management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple Community Association Managers
- Answer homeowner, Board member, and vendor inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare Board meeting packets and assist with meeting coordination
- Process architectural requests, covenant violations, and association correspondence
- Maintain homeowner and association records within our management software
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and maintain work order documentation
- Prepare mailings, notices, and other association communications
- Maintain organized electronic and physical association records
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- HOA, property management, real estate, or related experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
