Role Description The Executive Protection Agent – Flex Team is a part-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for providing personal protection and security for clients, including secure transportation, route planning, and monitoring of environments to identify and mitigate potential risks. The agent will conduct site advances, coordinate with local security teams, maintain situational awareness, and respond to incidents or emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Daily tasks may include access control, escorting clients between locations, monitoring security systems, documenting activities and incidents, and adhering to all company policies and legal requirements. Flex Team agents are expected to be available for varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Strong situational awareness, risk assessment, and threat identification skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • \n

  • Experience in executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or related protective services roles.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients, partners, and the public in a professional manner.
  • \n

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  • \n

  • Physical fitness sufficient to stand, walk, and respond quickly to security incidents, and to perform protective and escort duties.
  • \n

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience in secure, defensive, and evasive driving techniques is preferred.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of basic security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting practices.
  • \n

  • Comfort with using radios, mobile devices, and security technology systems to communicate and coordinate activities.
  • \n

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to adapt to changing schedules and assignments.
  • \n

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in executive protection, security, or related fields are beneficial.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area, including local routes and venues, is an advantage.
