SITE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Position Summary
National Power has an immediate need to fill a Site Maintenance Technician opening in our South Florida market. Under the general direction of and reporting to the CI Manager. The Site Maintenance Technician will primarily be responsible for maintenance of job sites to include but not limited to minor repairs, painting, basic construction tasks like framing and sheetrock installation, delivery of equipment, non-energized equipment installation, and other items as determined by the CI Manager, as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in a construction role preferred
Preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
Physical Requirements
- Consistently lift and carry at least 75 pounds
- Ability to drive long distances
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch and squat for extended periods
- Work on ladders for prolonged periods
- Adequate vision and hearing to safely perform essential job functions
Work Environment & Travel
- Travel approximately 50%+ dependent upon customer sites & locations
- Ability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as required by project demands
- Work in telecommunications central offices, cable facilities, data centers, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to moderate noise levels and varying weather conditions, temperatures
- Overnight travel may occasionally be required depending on project location and customer requirements
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Additional Information
- Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review and references required
- Overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines
- This position requires flexibility to travel and work at various customer locations
