We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a leasing role. In this position, you will help prospective and current residents find a home that fits their needs, deliver a welcoming experience, and support day-to-day leasing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where service and follow-through matter.
What You Will Do
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments and community amenities.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain rental terms, community features, application requirements, and move-in processes.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial interest to lease signing and move-in.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, leases, and resident information.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including outreach, advertising follow-up, and resident referrals.
- Support resident retention by delivering courteous service and addressing basic concerns.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to help ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare lease documents and other paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Help monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and occupancy goals as directed.

- Knowledge of fair housing practices and professional leasing standards.
