MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED!
Join Our Apartment Maintenance Team!
Pay: $15.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community and ensure residents love where they live!
✅ What You'll Do:
- Complete apartment make-readies for new residents
- Perform general apartment maintenance
- Handle light plumbing repairs
- Complete basic electrical work (ceiling fan replacements, adapter changes, etc.)
- Paint apartments and common areas as needed
- Patch and repair holes in walls
- Assist with various maintenance projects around the property
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
