Essential Responsibilities

Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.

Perform basic landscaping and seasonal snow/ice removal.

Inspect and replace exterior lighting.

Maintain tools and equipment.

Respond to resident requests and report safety concerns.

Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Assist with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.

Ability to operate basic maintenance and landscaping equipment.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
