Responsibilities
- Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Manage team scheduling, performance, and training
- Build strong client relationships and respond to needs
Requirements
- Supervisory/leadership experience (janitorial/custodial a plus)
- Valid Michigan driver’s license
- Strong communication and people management skills
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Must pass drug screen, background check, and references
