Colorado Homes CO | Hiring Two Agents
Fantastic opportunity in Colorado real estate! Colorado Homes CO is looking for two self-motivated agents who love helping people buy and sell homes and want to grow alongside a productive, client-focused brokerage.
You’ll have access to Zillow Preferred opportunities and several other inbound lead sources, including Homebuyer Connections and Orchard Offers, along with technology, training, and transaction support. We’re looking for agents who will respond quickly, follow up consistently, and take ownership of the client experience from the first conversation through closing.

Compensation:
$150,000+
Responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
What You’ll Do

Work inbound opportunities while continuing to build your own relationships and referral business.

Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and keep clients informed at every step.

Represent Colorado Homes CO across your local market.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
What We’re Looking For

An active Colorado real estate license.

At least two years of real estate sales experience and 20 or more closed transactions.

A self-motivated, dependable agent who enjoys prospecting and following through.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to an excellent client experience.

Knowledge of one or more of our service areas: Denver, Boulder, the foothills, Grand County, and/or Colorado Springs.
