Job Roles and Responsibilities
-
Lead end to end Prophet 21 ERP projects including migrations and integrations
-
Manage system expansions, module implementations, and acquisition onboarding
-
Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and communication plans
-
Coordinate discovery, design, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization activities
-
Ensure data integrity across master data, pricing, inventory, and financial mappings
-
Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams
-
Coordinate integrations, EDI processes, reporting, and system customizations
-
Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance
-
Drive ERP process standardization and best practices
Qualifications and Certifications
-
5 plus years of hands on Prophet 21 experience
-
Experience leading large scale P21 migrations, consolidations, or integrations
-
Strong understanding of P21 modules including purchasing, inventory, order entry, AR AP, and warehouse operations
-
Experience with ERP project management and SDLC processes
-
Experience with data migration and master data governance
-
Experience in distribution, supply chain, or operational environments
-
PMP certification preferred
-
Experience with API integrations and EDI preferred
