Compensation:
$104,000 - $196,000 yearly
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their goals
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
- Help buyers find homes and prepare offers and contracts
- Guide clients from consultation through closing
- Manage leads and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
- Passionate about helping homebuyers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Responsive with consistent lead follow-up
- Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Professional and client-focused
- Motivated to grow production and build a long-term real estate career
