BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to join a growing apartment community in Sun Valley, NV 89433. We're looking for a polished, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about providing exceptional service to both residents and prospective tenants.
Position Highlights
- Pay: $23 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and professional property tours
- Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish
- Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through move-in
- Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
- Follow up on leads and support occupancy goals
- Assist with community marketing and resident outreach efforts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships
- Support daily office operations and administrative responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Previous Apartment Leasing Experience Preferred
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Property Management Software REQUIRED
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Availability to work some Saturdays as needed
