Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Transformation & Implementation)
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives involving cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, PMOs, and external implementation partners. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, mitigating risks, ensuring alignment across tracks, and delivering key milestones on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation programs and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Drive cross-track coordination and alignment across business, technology, operations, and PMO teams.
- Partner closely with the Trimble/PwC PMO and senior stakeholders to ensure governance, reporting, and program success.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and critical success metrics.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification required.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise implementations, ERP, SaaS, digital transformation, infrastructure, or operational transformation programs.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with budgets, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working within PMO-led organizations and governance frameworks.
