Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Securities Data & Middle Office Analyst, Summary: The Securities Data & Middle Office Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating security-level data, supporting trade lifecycle activities, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information used across Middle Office, Trade Support, and Settlements functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and research skills, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage issues and projects in a time-sensitive financial-services environment. Key Responsibilities:\n

- Update and modify security and asset records based on internal client requests, trade support and settlement activities, and corporate actions
- Perform daily maintenance of securities requiring coupon, rate-fixing, factor, and other data updates using market-data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters
- Research Bloomberg, Reuters, and other authoritative sources to identify missing or supplemental information required for security setup and ongoing maintenance
- Monitor and resolve reject queues in a timely manner, investigating discrepancies and escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Support daily operational activities, including checklists, metrics reporting, end-of-day processes, and required sign-offs
- Participate in and coordinate special projects involving data cleanup, process improvement, operational analysis, and metrics reporting
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and operational tasks to ensure deadlines and service-level expectations are met
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue logs, project trackers, and other operational documentation
- Monitor issue and query emails, respond to requests in a timely manner, and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the Team Leader

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.\n

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.\n
