Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is looking for a motivated and experienced Custodial Crew Leader to join our team and help advance our mission of creating meaningful opportunities for people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this key leadership role, you will guide a custodial team across multiple contract sites, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in alignment with both agency standards and client expectations.

As the Custodial Crew Leader, you'll take the lead in daily operations-offering hands-on support, coaching staff, and fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You will play an active role in scheduling, transporting crew members to job sites, and keeping accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and supplies used. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining Mozaic's high standards while building strong, lasting relationships with our customers and community partners.

Location: Seneca/Ovid

Custodial Crew Leader Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 40-43 hours per week with flexibility

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00

Custodial Crew Leader Required Experience:

1-3 years working experience with individuals with disabilities.

Custodial Crew Leader Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Custodial Crew Leader Other Requirements:

A valid and acceptable NYS driver's license

Ability to lift agency materials, equipment, etc.

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented

Multitasking and organizational ability
