Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing
You will focus on the activities that drive income and client satisfaction.
You will:
- Work with buyers and sellers to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems
- Show homes and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Prepare offers and paperwork with administrative support
- Conduct market research and pricing evaluations
- Build relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners
- Prospect and follow up consistently to build your pipeline
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching
Our administrative team handles marketing, listing coordination, and transaction management so you can spend your time selling and servicing clients.

Qualifications:
Requirements
- Active real estate license
- Willingness to follow systems and processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Comfortable with phone, text, and follow-up conversations
- Desire to improve skills through coaching and training
- Agents with 0–3 years of experience often thrive in this role.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role.
