Job Summary
We are seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support professional for a remote opportunity in the computer software industry. This role is ideal for someone with early-career technical support and office experience who enjoys helping customers, solving basic software-related issues, and communicating clearly by phone and email.
In this Tier 1 Technical Support position, you will assist customers with software licensing and registration questions while following established support processes. This is a strong opportunity to build experience in a structured technical support environment with supportive team collaboration, clear procedures, and the potential to grow into a full-time role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and support requests related to software licensing and registration.
- Assist customers by phone and email while providing accurate, professional, and timely support.
- Verify customer-provided information and follow internal processes to resolve inquiries.
- Respond to customer requests within a 24-hour business period.
- Document relevant details and include all necessary information to accurately address each customer inquiry.
- Manage daily support tasks in an organized and efficient manner with strong attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Remote
- Must live in California.
- These positions may convert to full-time eventually.
