Principal Accountability
As the Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Business Development, you will play a critical leadership role in bringing our new hospital from inception to launch and beyond. Operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will serve as the primary liaison bridging executive leadership, board members, hospital operations, physicians, and community stakeholders.
In this high-visibility role, you will provide strategic oversight and project management for key pre- and post-opening initiatives—including physician recruitment, organizational communication, community engagement, service line marketing, and referral network optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively promotes partnerships with various industry leaders and community organizations to further the outreach and education mission of the hospital.
- Participates in community focused professional networking to maintain a competitive presence in the healthcare community and meet the health and social needs of the community at large.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and external partners, resolving operational or patient-care feedback issues quickly.
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance, and resource materials to assist service line marketing, communications and physician referral patterns.
- Works closely with the Senior Administrative team in determining specific needs for marketing to support the achievement of the hospital's strategic plan and the community needs assessment.
- Manage all projects from development to closure with accountability for project results.
- Develop dashboards to provide project status updates.
- Identify and resolve any risks for project success.

Salary range: $90,000 - 100,000
