Sanford Manor Home for Adults, part of The W Group, is hiring a Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. What You’ll Do

Keep common areas, hallways, lobbies, and grounds clean, sanitized, and well maintained

Remove trash and recycling, and keep supply areas stocked and organized

Walk the building and grounds regularly to check doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures

Report any heating, plumbing, electrical, or safety issues to the Maintenance Director right away

Document incidents and observations in the communication log

Assist with setup for resident activities, moves, and special events

Follow all infection control and safety procedures

Support the team with other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

A respectful, friendly attitude toward residents, families, and coworkers

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
-
Prior Porter or Housekeeping experience in an Assisted Living or healthcare setting is a big plus
