Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems, ensuring seamless operations.

Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and tasks, prioritizing prompt and efficient resolution.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety, with a proven track record of success.
