Painter/Drywall repair technician Tasks & Duties
-
general hand tool usage, light building repair, paint, drywall repair experience required
-
Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor
-
Move materials from one place to another
-
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
-
Wear headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing
-
Complete all assigned tasks in a quickly and safely
-
Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
-
Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Day Shift, 07:00 am to 04:00 pm
-
Monday - Friday
Painter/Drywall repair technician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-
Painter/Drywall repair technician experience preferred
-
GED / High School Diploma
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Able to pass a background check
-
Able to work in the US
-
State licensure to work with hazardous materials preferred but not required; union certification preferred but not required
-
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
-
Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
-
Positive attitude and work ethic
-
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
-
English and Spanish fluency a plus
-
Able to pass a backgroundcheck
-
Able to work in the US
