Job Description$20.00/Hour + Tips Part-Time position with flexible weekday scheduling, company vehicles, paid drive time, and paid training with one of the highest-rated window cleaning and power washing companies in the Greater Princeton area. Pink's Windows is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Window Cleaning Technicians. Work 2–4 weekdays per week, enjoy active work outdoors, and become part of a professional team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. No experience is required. We hire for attitude and reliability and provide paid training from day one to help you build valuable skills and succeed. What You'll Do

Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques
Use water-fed pole systems and traditional hand-cleaning tools
Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning services
Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service at every job site
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to our Montgomery-area meeting location
Authorized to work in the United States
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 20 feet
Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
