Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position supports project managers and field teams by coordinating engineering activities, reviewing plans and specifications, and assisting with project scheduling and planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping develop and maintain project documentation, tracking progress against milestones, and supporting RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The Project Engineer collaborates with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring costs, supporting budget updates, and contributing to continuous improvement in construction processes and outcomes.

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and basic cost tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, scheduling tools, and basic CAD) and standard office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in construction or engineering.
- Understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; prior experience in commercial construction is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
