Hiring: Integration & Automation Engineer
Location: 77040, Houston, TX
Work Type: Onsite
We’re looking for a hands-on Integration & Automation Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize the systems that connect our websites, CRM, marketing platforms, lead-generation tools, and internal business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain website functionality using HTML and JavaScript.
- Develop and troubleshoot forms, scripts, and web-based features.
- Build and maintain API, webhook, and software integrations between multiple platforms.
- Configure and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, and automations.
- Design and maintain Zapier automations using triggers, actions, filters, and conditional logic.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data synchronization issues, authentication problems, and workflow errors.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop automation solutions to improve productivity.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable long-term solutions.
- Work with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Document integrations, workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Practical experience with GoHighLevel and Zapier.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and data mapping.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.
- Experience integrating CRMs with websites, lead-generation platforms, dialers, or marketing tools is a plus.
