Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of highly automated systems that produce thousands of plastic jars per shift. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor lines, injection molding presses, blow molders, and more. Your expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance will help limit line shutdowns and improve overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems with equipment.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyor lines, injection molding presses, and blow molders.
- Work with highly automated systems to ensure the production of plastic jars runs smoothly.
- Ensure equipment is functioning efficiently to prevent line shutdowns.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, and electrical maintenance.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, especially with Siemens systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean and organized environment with climate control, ensuring comfort throughout the facility. You will train on the first shift for about 4-6 months before transitioning to the 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am), averaging 45 hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, AR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
