Medical Device Technical Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Technical Program Coordinator in (Madison, WI). This role will drive execution, communication, and alignment across global teams while supporting verification and validation (V&V) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and Client
- Drive clear communication and information flow across distributed teams
- Identify and resolve:
- Missing requirements
- Ownership gaps
- Execution blockers
- Facilitate technical discussions and working sessions across time zones
Track:
- Dependencies
- Risks
- Action items
- Translate engineering requirements into executable tasks for offshore teams
- Perform Verification & Validation (V&V):
- Test planning
- Execution
- Review
- Ensure compliance with Medical OEM SOPs and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Software / Biomedical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Must have Medical Device domain experience
- Strong experience with Verification & Validation (V&V)

- Employment Type: Contract
- Work Location: Madison, WI (On-site, 5 days/week)
- Company HQ: New York
- Target Bill Rate:– $53/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
