About the Role:
K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Johnson City, TN. Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri
Cleaning Window: 5:30pm-12:00am
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across various surface types
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces throughout the facility
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory or maintenance needs
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial, janitorial, or facility cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, disinfectants, and proper usage techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
Pay Details:
- Pay Amount: TBD
- Pay Schedule: One time per month on the 15th of every month for month worked prior i.e. (*Start date in November- first paycheck will be on December 15th. ETC.)
