Building Automation Engineer / Technician

Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) for commercial and institutional facilities. Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and commission BAS/DDC systems.- Program controllers for HVAC equipment and energy management.- Troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols.- Integrate multi-vendor systems and perform startup testing.- Analyze performance and recommend energy improvements.- Prepare documentation and support clients. Qualifications- Degree or equivalent technical experience.- 2+ years with BAS/DDC or HVAC controls.- Knowledge of HVAC, networking, electrical drawings, and commissioning
