In this role, you won’t just maintain systems—you’ll improve them. You’ll play a pivotal part in stabilizing existing infrastructure while helping transition key platforms (including payroll/HRIS systems) to more streamlined, scalable solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building structure where it’s needed, and influencing long-term IT strategy, this role is for you.
You’ll be the go-to IT expert—supporting systems, improving processes, partnering with internal teams, and laying the groundwork for a scalable IT function. With clear visibility and impact, this role offers a direct path to IT Manager or Director-level leadership.Requirements:
- Hands-on IT experience in a small to mid-sized environment
- Strong background in systems support, infrastructure, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting business-critical systems and applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
- Experience with system transitions or implementations (e.g., Paylocity to ADP)
- Familiarity with payroll, HRIS, or logistics systems
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure exposure
- Basic SQL or reporting knowledge
