Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Mid-Level Associate, IP in NY, NY to strategize on acquisition & divestiture of intellectual property & tech assets across multiple industries, incl retail, hospitality, tech, consumer goods & services, AI, biotech & healthcare. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv & 2 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: drafting & preparing corp. legal transactional docs, incl stock purchase agreements, licensing agreements, financing docs, collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements, board & stockholder resolutions, incorporating documentation & other legal docs rel. to restructuring. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
