Positn reqs a Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin w/ a focus on Corp Fin / M&A & Sustainability & 2 yrs of exp w/ Sustainability-rel Investmnt Bankg (Corp Fin / M&A). Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Master tradit'l Corp Fin skills incl financl modellg & valuatn methodologies, M&A & ECM / fundraisg advisry processes & documentatn, pitchbk & mktg materials creatn, due dilignce procss know & coordinatn; & Deep know & expertise of sustainability, incl key climate techs, sustainability-rel policies & regulatns. Must have 1 yr of exp w/: Master relevnt Financl Mkts prodcts, incl at least 1 of the followg: equity investmnt or derivativs prodcts, vanilla or structurd debt prodcts; Delivry of pitches, advisry & prodcts proposls to hi-profile corp stakeholdrs; & Participatn to & executn of sustainability-rel M&A transactns. $187,696/yr.
