Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: experience with software product management or related; leading a product in all stages of the development lifecycle including inception, analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment leveraging agile development methodologies and tools (such as Scrum Framework, JIRA, or Confluence); collaborating with technical teams, experience with system architecture, and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; working with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on schedule and within budget; working and communicating directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; scaling systems to handle increasing business volumes, optimize performance and throughput; and product management including prioritizing the backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment and optimizations.
