We're partnered with a $500M general contractor looking to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to its downtown Chicago team.
\n
\n
This is an opportunity to work on some of Chicago’s most interesting projects without being locked into one repetitive sector.
\n
\n
The portfolio includes:

\n
• Healthcare

\n
• Entertainment venues
\n
• Specialty projects
\n
\n
Depending on experience, you’ll join as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead the project team, manage client relationships and have direct visibility with senior leadership.

Compensation:
\n
• Project Manager: $135K–$160K base
\n
• Senior Project Manager: $160K–$190K base
\n
• 15–20% annual bonus
\n
• $750–$1,000 monthly vehicle allowance plus fuel card
\n
• Total annual cash potential of approximately $170K–$240K
\n
\n
