Key Responsibilities:
- Drain Cleaning: Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using various methods and equipment.
- Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose drainage issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on drainage systems to prevent future issues.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls to resolve drainage problems.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
