We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and shade structures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on exterior residential remodeling projects
- Deliver finished product to satisfaction of the contract specs and client expectations
- Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
- Maintain orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
- Maintain positive relations with customers
- Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a carpentry crew of at least two people (framing and finishing), we are not seeking individual carpenters
- Background in good carpentry techniques, framing, and trim- the foundation through roof
- Ability to read and interpret plans, determine elevations and check take-offs
- Willing to learn and follow documented processes
- Able to pass background check
- Clean and neat appearance
- Must be a registered business with current Certificates of Insurance & WC Insurance
