Project Manager – Lead Commercial & Multifamily HVAC Projects for Noco Holdings LLC


Job Overview

  • Company: Noco Holdings LLC
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Location: North Carolina – Charlotte or Raleigh (Remote with job site visits)
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
  • Project Scope: Commercial HVAC & Multifamily New Construction
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license


The Opportunity

You will serve as a pivotal project leader managing commercial and multifamily HVAC projects across North Carolina from turnover through final closeout. This high-impact role gives you the autonomy to direct project financial controls, logistics, and multi-trade communication while building long-term value for a growing company. You will directly influence project profitability, build lasting client trust, and play a key role in expanding our regional presence with the backing of a collaborative team.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee commercial HVAC projects from contract turnover through final closeout to ensure safe, on-schedule, and profitable execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize job site profitability.
  • Coordinate estimators, field superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to streamline daily project execution.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation accurately using construction management software.
  • Conduct regular job site visits across North Carolina to support field operations, audit progress, and resolve technical issues.
  • Lead project turnover and scope review meetings while communicating regularly with general contractors, owners, and architects.
  • Support billing cycles, collections, and project closeout documentation to guarantee high-quality project delivery.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina for job site visits.
  • Strong baseline understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction principles.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management software.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Construction-related degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of dedicated commercial HVAC project management experience.
  • Demonstrated history of managing multifamily new construction mechanical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling logic, and change management processes.
  • Direct experience working alongside regional general contractors and developers.
